Exhibition of School Photos

The CAD Heritage Association is holding an exhibition of school photos in the Heritage Centre throughout June.  They will be open from Tuesday & Wednesday 2pm-4pm, Thursday- Saturday                      11am-1pm.  If you have any photos for the exhibition, please contact the Heritage Centre to include them in the exhibition.  The exhibition will also be on show at the GALA on Sunday 27th June.

SUNDAY 27TH

GALA DAY on the Common, 1pm onwards.  This year's Coupar Angus Gala will be held on Sunday 27th June from 1pm on the Common, Forfar Rd. The afternoon events will include the Flyball Dog Display, Owls, The Rattray School Marching Band, Pipe Band, Stilt Walker, Kiddies Fun Fair, BBQ, Beat The Goalie, Beer Tent,

Children's Races, Dancers, Side Shows and Stalls and a Car Boot Sale. The Car Boot charges are: £8 per car, Vans £12 and Trade Stalls £15 - £20 depending on space taken up. To book a place at the Car Boot or for having stall  tel: Jenny Ross - 01828 628539 or Mary Gres - 0799977858.

 

The Gala Committee would be extremely grateful if anyone could volunteer to help on the day, such as helping set up the gazebos and stalls (we meet on the common at approx 9.30 am on the gala day) or to look after a stall during the afternoon. Any donations for the raffle, tombola or Cake 'n' Candy would be more than welcome.  Money raised at this event will be donated to local groups and charities so please come along and give us your support.
